The Suggestion of Implementation of Information System K2
Polák, Václav ; Kolísek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Bartošek, Vladimír (advisor)
The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is location and analysis of internal processes of company (incl. outskirts), which leads to creation complex unit of chosen part of information system K2. The first part of my thesis is marks to theoretical respect – processing and ordering of acquired information. The second part is marks to characteristic of company and concrete results - practical pieces of knowledge, actions and concepts, which leads to successful implementation of information system K2.
Implementation of the information system
Cichra, Petr ; Koch, Miloš (referee) ; Novák, Lukáš (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with the selection and implementation of an information system for the Pavlovín winery s.r.o. In this thesis is firstly introduces the theoretical foundation necessary for the understanding of this topic and subsequently is analysed the current state of the company with an emphasis on the information system and production processes related to process procedures in the field of cellar management. The penultimate part of the thesis is connected with the evaluation of the information system variant and the subsequent selection of the optimal variant, its implementation is described in the last chapter using the technique of project management.

The Proposition of an Incentive System as an Instrument for Efficiency Improvement of the Development Process and the Process of Implementation of the New Enterprise System VRPIS
Spišáková, Tereza ; Kubálková, Markéta (advisor) ; Koubalíková, Jitka (referee)
This thesis aims to improve the efficiency of the development process and the process of implementation of the newly established enterprise information system VRPIS by designing and creating an incentive system. The proposition and creation of the incentive system is based on the experiences gained during the pilot application of VRPIS system into the company Confal, a.s. The theoretical part focuses on enterprise information systems, their implementation into corporate environment, possible problems that might occur during this process, as well as incentive systems. The practical part follows the theoretical knowledge and focuses on the creation of the new incentive system and motivational tools, which are designed particularly for participants of the VRPIS implementation process. The incentive system 3L is based on the results received from the measurement of participants´ level of motivation during the three stages of implementation process. Moreover, it shares the philosophy of VRPIS system, which intends to conform to the conditions and needs of its customers. Furthermore, 3L incentive system will be generalized for the needs of the other applications.
Design and implementation of information system for vehicle fleet management in IBM Maximo platform
Snítil, Jiří ; Bruckner, Tomáš (advisor) ; Duda, Ctibor (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of a new information system for vehicle fleet management. This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on the analysis of requirements for this information system based on interviews in a selected company. The second part briefly introduces IBM Maximo and analyses its suitability for a new information system from a development point of view. For this analysis there are established criteria and a defined limit, which must be met. The third part of this thesis describes the implementation of the new information system for vehicle fleet management in IBM Maximo. This part mentions newly created applications, which provide functionality to end users of this system as it is specified in the requirements in the first part of this thesis. In addition, there is enumeration and a short description of all newly defined components in IBM Maximo, which are used by these new applications.
Implementation methodology of system for financial planning
Horváthová, Vladimíra ; Novotný, Ota (advisor) ; Polanská, Anna (referee)
Connections of the World of Information Technologies and its surroundings are increasingly growing and nobody can be surprised that the key success business factors are, for instance, correct and consistent processes supported by informational system. To implement this kind of back-office system doesn't already mean to get a competitive advantage, so therefore systems which support a decision making (also noticed as MIS, management information system) are becoming a standard. Implementation of any information system in a specific environment is a complex process which contains a lot of methods, procedures and tools which are called together as a methodology. The main aim of this work is the concept of the implementation methodology for financial planning and controlling software. This concept is based on the exact software which is already implemented and used in practice all over the world, but its implementation is always a matter of the particular provider. However, the output of this work is the methodology which is used as an internal material in a company I work nowadays for, it can be also an inspiration or a formal order of the implementation of similar system. Whole work could be divided into three components which are leading to reach the main aim. First two fragments are introducing systems which support decision making, and they are also informing about current market situation and requirements of planning and controlling upheld by these tools. The third part is concerned with the implementation of information systems and it is introducing existing methodologies which are used within MIS implementations. The last part is fundamental and practical, it contains actual concept of the implementation methodology with its practical example.
